Production activities in the efforts of the staff of various departments from procurement, processing, factory inspection, packaging and other aspects of effective quality control, so as to effectively ensure product quality.
1. Procurement control
A good start is half the battle, and it is very important for the overall quality control of the compressor to be confirmed, and the selection of suppliers is the most critical link. The purchasing department conducts market research and repeated screening of material suppliers. In addition, we will conduct on-site inspections of the manufacturer's work site and finally select the strongest supplier.
2. Processing control
The control of linear transmission series products is mainly the control of machining accuracy, which refers to the degree to which the actual geometric parameters (size, shape and position) of the parts after processing are consistent with the ideal geometric parameters specified in the drawings. The higher the degree of this conformity, the higher the machining accuracy. In machining, due to the influence of various factors, it is practically impossible to process every geometric parameter of the part to exactly match the ideal geometric parameters, and there will always be some deviations. This deviation is the processing error, in order to reduce the error we use "trial processing-measurement-adjustment-re-try-processing" to achieve the accuracy within the controllable range.
3. Finished product inspection
After the product is completed, the name, model, quantity, structure, appearance, structure, dimensional inspection (installation size, connection size) and product performance test of the product are eliminated from the unqualified products.
4. Packaging
In order to prevent damage to goods during transportation, we will pack them separately according to the characteristics of the products.
