Material selection: select metal bars of suitable size in line with the standard as raw materials for Honed Tube processing;
b) Billet, free forging and heat treatment process: the raw material bar is processed by the billet, free forging and heat treatment process;
c) Straightening: the raw material bar after treatment is straightened by forging hammer;
d) Drilling deep holes: make pipes by punching through holes of appropriate size on the raw material rod;
e) Honing: The honing stone is used to hone the through hole of the pipe, so that the through hole of the pipe meets the requirements of the size and machining accuracy of the honing pipe;
f) Vehicle outer circular planing: lathe is used to process and planing the outer wall and end face of the pipe, so that the outer diameter of the pipe can meet the size and machining accuracy requirements of the honing pipe, and the honing pipe is made.
